What is your mission?

Perform all duties that are necessary in resolving reactionary activities, and report the need for further maintenance and safety to supervisor.

Ensure the proper use of all tools and equipment in the office.

Perform detailed evaluation of facilities and equipment to ensure that they are in good condition for proper functioning.

Ensure general safety in and around office to ensure overall optimum operations and to highlight if there is need for repairs.

Supporting on the Procurement process like sourcing the vendors, track the budgets and handling the Purchase Order (PO) as well.

Executing and support for the building access process for existing & new employees.

Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management

Who are we looking for?

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master’s Degree in Electrical or equivalent

Preferable with 4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Have good exposure in Procurement, Purchase Order & Administrative fields.

Have good knowledge of electricity, carpentry and plumbing among other technical skills.

Have good knowledge of troubleshooting techniques to determine exact problems and tackle them accordingly.

Excellent ability to communicate system problems to both co-workers and management for proper understanding.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of supporting market
