SENIOR/JUNIOR CONVEYANCING LAWYER / PUPIL

To handle sub‑sales, developers’ cases, loan (including company loan), discharge, perfection of charge, the perfection of transfer and other conveyancing matters.

To maintain and update file status on the operating system.

Always ensure that there is a high‑level of confidentiality in the affairs of the Firm.

Attend to client, correspondences, prepare status report and other type of tasks assigned by the firm from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• At least 5 years experience for Senior Lawyer
• Active in extra‑curricular activities during study is an added advantage
• Strong presentation skill and public speaking is an added advantage
