Job summary

A leading insurance company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Senior Java Team Lead (Assistant Manager) with over 6 years of IT experience and expertise in SDLC. The ideal candidate will manage project work plans, lead a team in new initiatives, and ensure compliance with IT security policies. Responsibilities also include analyzing and designing specifications for IT projects. Knowledge of insurance business and web development (Java, Ms SQL) is advantageous.

Qualifications

• More than 6 years of working experience in IT related field.
• Minimum 4 years of working experience in System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Excellent knowledge and skills in project/team management, analysis, problem solving and programming.
• Possess knowledge or experience in Web Development (Java) and Database (Ms SQL).
