Qualifications

• Proven experience with core Java and multi-tier web apps.
• Experience with Spring, Spring Boot, JUnit, Mockito, Gradle, and Maven.
• Familiarity with CI/CD using TeamCity/Jenkins and Docker.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of medium-to-large features from requirements to deployment.
• Design and implement scalable, maintainable solutions balancing performance.
• Write and review high-quality tests (unit/integration/functional).
• Automate testing, tooling and CI/CD to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with PMs/EMs/teammates to plan, mitigate risks and track progress.
• Investigate production issues and drive postmortem actions.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best engineering practices.
• Demonstrate work in demos and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
