What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor backend engineers, fostering technical growth and best practices.

• Stay hands-on with Java (Spring Boot), driving high-quality, scalable backend solutions.

• Oversee code quality, peer reviews, and repository governance.

• Champion modern frameworks, cloud adoption, and CI/CD implementation.

• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional leaders to align delivery with strategic goals.

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of Java backend development experience (Spring Boot, Hibernate, RESTful APIs).

• 5+ years in a technical leadership or engineering management role.

• Deep knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL); NoSQL experience is a plus.
