Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the IT Support Team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Assign and prioritize support tasks and projects to team members.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, systems, and application teams to resolve issues related to ERP, domain servers, networks, WMS, MRP, and other group IT systems.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide guidance for team development.
Technical Support Operations
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day IT support activities, ensuring quick response and resolution of issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, software applications, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
- Provide on-site and remote support for hardware and software issues.
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure including email systems, user accounts, network connectivity, and peripheral devices.
- Ensure timely and professional handling of IT support tickets and service requests.
- Maintain documentation for IT procedures, asset inventory, and system configurations.
New Branch Operations
- Plan and coordinate the setup of IT infrastructure for new branch openings, including POS systems, network devices, and back-office systems.
- Create and manage project timelines to ensure smooth rollouts.
- Configure and test all IT systems before going live to minimize downtime.
- Provide on-site support during setup and post-opening to resolve any technical issues.
- Liaise with vendors or service providers for equipment procurement and installation.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT support, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Strong technical knowledge of Windows/Mac environments, networking (LAN/WAN), domain servers, ERP systems, POS, and email systems.
- Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting, software installation, and system configuration.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in supporting multi-location or retail environments is a strong advantage.
- Availability to travel to branch locations as required.
- Candidates MUST possess their own vehicle to support multi-site operations and occasional travel to branch locations.
