A leading recruitment agency in Kuala Lumpur seeks a candidate to lead Finance and Human Capital initiatives using Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP. Lead Finance and Human Capital initiatives using Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP
Manage post-go-live BAU support for Finance applications across regions
Ensure project delivery aligns with IT strategy, governance, and compliance standards
Coordinate and manage vendors, IT teams, and business stakeholders
Oversee issue, defect, and enhancement management for Finance systems
Extensive project management experience in Finance systems
Strong hands-on or delivery experience with Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP
Experience managing BAU support and regional implementations
Proven ability in vendor, stakeholder, and cross-functional team management
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
