Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in an IT environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows platforms.
• Relevant certifications (MCSE, CompTIA Network+, ITIL, or equivalent) are an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise junior IT staffs and collaborate with stakeholders to meet objectives.
• Provide daily operational support for IT infrastructure, including servers and networks.
• Manage and support server environments, including physical and cloud-based systems.
• Implement and maintain cybersecurity controls and endpoint protection.
