Overview

Develop strategies to ensure network and system scalability, reliability, and security.

Design, install, configure, and maintain enterprise-grade network and server infrastructure to meet organization needs.

Lead and manage IT infrastructure projects from upgrades, overseeing planning, configuration, testing, and deployment.

Provide robust IT systems that enhance productivity and efficiency.

Put in place proper security and backup systems that protect intellectual properties.

Ensure compliance with all IP protection laws in the countries we operate in.

Implement IT strategic plan from corporate HQ.

Ensure IT policies and SFS Basic Security Guidelines are implemented and enforced.

Implement and maintain all office systems that are secure and reliable.

Assist in performing Disaster Recovery and IT down drills.

Maintain effective network infrastructure and upgrade (if needed) for reliable connectivity.

Optimize network performance and minimize latency, especially for teams that require high-speed connectivity and quick response times.

Ensure backup, disaster recovery, and redundancy strategies are implemented and tested regularly.

Serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues, providing hands-on support for team members.

Provide technical support to front-end team.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on escalation support for complex technical issues and end-user support to teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or related discipline with at least 6 years of related experience.
• Specialized in IT Security and systems (Firewall, NAC, Cloud security), Active Directory (GPO), Server and Storage Administration (SAN, Switch), Virtualization Technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) and IT Cloud Administration (M365, Entra, Intune, Azure, AWS).
• Certification in Microsoft, VMware (VCP) or Cisco Certifications and Cloud IT Management (Azure, AWS) preferred.
• Preferably with exposure to ISO27001 requirements and audit.
• Experience with vulnerability assessment and common scanning tools would be an added advantage.
• Experience in system design, architecting and maintaining Windows systems including system hardening, patching, and automation.
• Independent with good time management.
