Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in IT Infrastructure and Cybersecurity, with a blend of hands-on and leadership experience.
• At least 3 years managing technical teams with proven track record in talent development.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale projects across multiple countries or regions.
• Strong foundation in network infrastructure, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), virtualization, and data center operations.
• Solid cybersecurity knowledge including firewalls, identity management, endpoint security, and SIEM.
• Understanding of security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, PCI DSS).
• Familiarity with ITSM best practices and IT operations management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop technical teams across infrastructure, cloud, network, and cybersecurity functions.
• Define and execute regional IT infrastructure and cybersecurity strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Drive infrastructure modernization, cloud adoption, and security enhancement initiatives.
• Oversee day-to-day operations including ITSM, incident management, and service delivery.
• Manage cybersecurity programs including vulnerability management, incident response, and compliance.
• Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership on IT infrastructure and security matters.
• Execute multi-country IT projects and standardization programs.
• Ensure robust security governance and adherence to industry frameworks.
