Job summary

A manufacturing company in Malaysia is seeking an Information Technology Executive to maintain computer systems, networks, and database security. Candidates should have a degree in Management Information Systems or related fields and 3 to 6 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Mandarin and the ability to manage daily backups and MIS functions are required. This role offers a chance to support a growing team in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• At least 3 to 6 years of working experience in the related field.
• Proficient in Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Maintain computer system and database, network, fireball, IDS, website and IT security.
• Maintain daily backups on ERP / MIS applications and database.
• Resolve user's IT systems and operations.
• Support MIS activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job description

Maintain daily backups on ERP / MIS applications and database and restore when required.

Resolved user's IT systems and operation.

Maintains and support MIS activities.

Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

Degree in Management Information System / Information Technology / Computer Science or a related discipline.

At least 3 to 6 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Skills Preferred: ERP / Server Hardware / Network / Accounting System / Database / Coding / Software Design

Language : English, Mandarin and BM.

We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Willing to work 5 1/2 days per week (Saturday alternate off)

Willing to be based in Meru, Klang.
