Responsibilities
- Provide support in IT‑related analysis and management reporting as required
- Manage and maintain Active Directory account & Microsoft Office 365
- Maintain servers, office network, office telecommunication devices (including desk phones), photocopier, and overall IT infrastructure of the company
- Perform software and hardware installation and configuration, PC/Server maintenance
- Provide first‑hand technical support and troubleshooting to resolve IT issues encountered by users both locally and in overseas subsidiaries
- Liaise with vendors on all hardware & software procurement
- Maintain proper documentation and record of system, hardware & software
- Work closely with Japan Headquarters and AEC on issues with the in‑house system and IT projects
- Design and implement (RPA/Macro/Coding) for data/task automation
- Serve as an information security representative, such as dealing with information security accidents, handling of information devices, and technical control of confidential information
- Provide first‑hand IT technical support and on‑site assistance in the event of a power outage or electricity failure
- Business Continuity planning for IT infrastructure
- Liaise with local IT vendor, telecommunication operators such as TM and TIME
- Support on all IT‑related agreement/contract renewal/new proposal
- Assist in the annual BP costing and planning process
Qualifications
- Preferably a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or ACCA
- Diploma / Degree in Computing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent
- Over 5 years of finance experience
- Management experience
- At least 3 years in a server/network environment
- Excellent Access, Excel, and VBA programming skills are a must
- Experience in system implementation/migration will be an advantage
- Experience in RPA (UiPath)/Power Automate, Microsoft Excel (Macro functions), and Basic SharePoint exposure will be an advantage
- Strong analytical, communication, resourceful, and multi‑tasking skills
- Willingness to provide on‑site support for maintenance or issues outside of regular working hours
- RPA Automation (Project related 70%) – Power Automate/UiPath
- IT Infrastructure & Maintenance (Level 1 & 2 IT Support 30%)
