We are seeking an IT Business Analyst to support the IT and business teams by gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and assisting in the delivery of technology solutions that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering and documenting business and technical requirements from stakeholders.
• Support the analysis of current business processes and identify areas for improvement or automation.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, and business users to ensure solutions meet requirements.
• Prepare user stories, process flows, and functional specifications under supervision.
• Participate in system testing, including writing test cases and supporting UAT.
• Help maintain documentation repositories and update project tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
• Attend meetings and workshops to capture action items and support stakeholder communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with tools such as Excel, JIRA, Confluence, and diagramming software (e.g. MS Visio, Draw.io).
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in e‑commerce or direct selling environments.
• Strong grasp of digital sales funnels, commission logic, promotional mechanics, and warehouse operations.
