Senior IT Application Support (Software)

Senior IT Application Support serves as the bridge between business users and the solution development team and vendors. This role is primarily responsible for day-to-day Level 1 and Level 2 support for the assigned application and functional area, and supports the delivery of technology services to the business by analyzing and refining requirements.

Working Location: Vinda SEA HQ (Bandar Bukit Raja, Klang, next to Setia Alam)

Responsibilities
  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 application support, including issue troubleshooting for end users and coordination with vendors.
  • Act as the primary liaison between business users and development/vendor teams.
  • Deliver Level 1 and Level 2 day-to-day operational support related to implemented IT solutions, covering end-to-end Supply Chain processes from order processing, order fulfillment, and logistics through to billing management.
  • Contribute to building the knowledge base in collaboration with Level 1: Service Desk.
  • Analyze problems reported by end users and work on identifying effective solutions.
  • Ensure incidents and service requests are resolved within agreed SLAs.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities for system enhancements and process automation.
  • Maintain accurate, clear, and up-to-date documentation of systems and processes.
  • Work on a rotating schedule, providing user support during weekends and night shifts.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or any relevant discipline
  • At least 2-3 years working experience in the FMCG / IT consultant industry
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities
