Job summary

PENTAMASTER CORPORATION BERHAD is seeking a warehouse/logistics operator in Penang (Bayan Lepas) to manage inventory processes including counting, receiving, put-away, storage and picking. Responsibilities include handling vendor on-loan, transfers, and system updates to keep records accurate.

You will prepare timely reports, maintain KPI and CIP targets, and support audits. Tasks are assigned by your supervisor, with emphasis on reliable, on-time execution of duties in a dynamic warehouse

Responsibilities

• Perform inventory count, receiving, put away, storage and picking.
• Handle vendor on-loan, break bulk issuing, return and inter-co transfers.
• Complete job orders (JO), location transfers, adjustments, and system updates.
• Prepare and update reports on time and accurately.
• Ensure KPI and CIP targets are met and audit requirements are fulfilled.
• Job assignments by superior and flexible task handling.
