IOI Pan-Century Oleochemicals Sdn Bhd in Pasir Gudang, Johor, is seeking an Executive – Senior Internal Audit to strengthen internal controls and drive value-added improvements within a manufacturing environment.

You will manage audit assignments from planning through reporting, work independently with minimal supervision, and provide insights to support governance and risk management. The role offers exposure to diverse processes and a structured audit framework within a dynamic finance team.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, or Economics provides a strong foundation for this role.
• A professional qualification such as ACCA or CIMA (full or partial) is advantageous for this role.
• A minimum of four to five years of experience within a manufacturing environment or related industries is required for this role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software is required, and knowledge of SAP would be considered an added advantage.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including active listening and the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly, are important for success in this role.

Aufgaben

• Complete audit assignments as per the annual audit plan in a timely manner.
• Ensure audit processes are closely followed and completed on schedule for all audit assignments, from planning and fieldwork through to documentation, presentation of findings in exit meetings, and report drafting.
• Demonstrate integrity and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Apply excellent computer skills across word processing, spreadsheets, databases, online systems, and email/calendaring tools.
• Assist in the planning, testing, and execution of internal audit activities, examining and monitoring the company's internal control system.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks or assignments as required by the Head of Department.
