Job summary

A construction firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Senior Project Executive to assist in supervising construction works and ensuring compliance with project specifications. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Architectural or Interior Design and has at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. Responsibilities include coordinating with subcontractors and implementing quality control measures. This position requires a self-motivated individual who can work independently and adhere to all safety practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in a similar capacity.
• Able to work 6 days a week.
• Knowledge of statutory and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project/Construction Manager to supervise all construction works.
• Meet client and applicable legal requirements.
• Coordinate and monitor subcontractor’s activities at project site.
