Job summary

A Malaysian design firm is seeking a skilled Interior Designer to manage all design aspects including 3D visualization and to collaborate with project teams. Candidates should hold a relevant degree and possess 3 to 6 years of experience, with proficiency in design software such as 3Ds Max and AutoCAD. The position requires creativity, teamwork, and the ability to meet deadlines within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of professional experience in a relevant field.
• Fully conversant in architectural modelling from plans and sketches.
• Mature thinking and self-motivated.
• Mandarin speaker is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all design aspects of the assigned project.
• Attend design meetings and document minutes.
• Propose high-quality designs based on requirements.
• Coordinate with project teams to meet deadlines.

Job Description
• Responsible for all design aspects of the project assigned included 3D Visualization.
• Attending and documentation of minutes for every project or design meeting.
• To propose high quality designs based on project requirements.
• To provide customers with the best service and experience.
• To work closely as a team to achieve goals.
• To meet datelines and maintain a consistent high standard of work.
• Required to coordinate with others department especially Project Team, to prepare and monitoring all work schedule efficiently on dateline.

Job Requirements:
• Diploma/ Degree holder in Interior Design/ Interior Architecture/ Visualization or equivalent with 3 to 6 years professional experience is required.
• to provide creative ideas and solutions to producing high quality interior still images.
• Fully conversant in using and creating modelling from architectural plans, sketches and elevations and knowledges of related visualization and photorealistic rendering techniques is a MUST.
• Proficient in 3Ds Max, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketch Up, Illustration, V-Ray and other skills would be added advantage.
• Mature thinking, team player, self-motivated and capable to managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and achieve goals.
• Mandarin speaker is preferred.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday
Mon – Thurs (830am-600pm)
Friday (830am-630pm)
Sat & Sun off

Office Hours: Monday - Friday
9.00am to 5.00pm
