What you’ll be doing

• Lead the conceptual design process, translating client requirements into innovative and functional interiors.
• Prepare detailed design drawings, specifications and project plans to guide the construction and installation process.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects and contractors to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest interior design trends, materials and technologies.
• Manage junior designers and provide mentorship to support their professional development.
• Maintain strong client relationships and handle project budgets effectively.

What we’re looking for

• 8+ years of proven experience as an interior designer, ideally within a design consultancy or construction firm.
• Strong proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent technical skills in space planning, material selection, and project management.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Thorough understanding of building regulations, health and safety standards, and sustainability principles.
• Degree in Interior Design or a related field, with relevant professional accreditations.
