🌟 Senior Influencer Marketing Executive (KOL Specialist)
💼 Main Purpose
To develop, manage, and amplify the PropNex Cheras, Focus Team, and Key Leaders’ personal brands across major social media platforms, through influencer marketing, KOL campaigns, and strategic storytelling, turning our key leaders and Focus Team into market-recognized influencers and establishing PropNex Cheras as a powerful voice in Malaysia’s real estate industry.
🧩 Key Responsibilities
1. KOL Strategy & Brand Development
- Plan and execute influencer marketing strategies for Key Leaders & Focus Team branding.
- Build and manage relationships with KOLs, lifestyle creators, and media partners.
- Strengthen the public image of PropNex Cheras through consistent storytelling and reputation-building.
- Shape a recognizable online identity that blends professionalism, warmth, and inspiration.
2. Content Creation & Campaign Management
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars across all major platforms.
- Create creative briefs, scripts, and storytelling that reflect the brand personality.
- Produce and edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, XHS lifestyle content).
- Optimize captions, hashtags, and SEO to boost audience reach and engagement.
3. Influencer Collaboration & Partnerships
- Identify and manage collaborations with external creators, lifestyle brands, and developers.
- Negotiate deliverables, manage campaign timelines, and ensure brand consistency.
- Amplify exposure through cross-platform collaborations between XHS, TikTok, and YouTube.
4. Social Media & Community Growth
- Manage daily engagement (comments, DMs, live sessions, and community interaction).Monitor trends (“爆款文案 + 爆款视觉”) on XHS and replicate winning strategies.
- Build audience trust and loyalty through educational and lifestyle-driven content.
5. Performance & Analytics
- Track social growth, reach, engagement, and conversions across platforms.
- Generate monthly performance reports and propose creative improvements.
- Stay ahead of social media trends and algorithm updates.
🧠 Skills & Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or branding.
- Expert in all major platforms (Meta Suite, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, XHS).
- Strong video editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, etc.).
- Excellent storytelling, creative direction, and communication skills.
- Experience in real estate, lifestyle, or branding content is an advantage.
