We are seeking a strategic and experienced Senior HR professional specializing in Industrial and Employee Relations. You will play a key role in fostering a positive, productive, and collaborative work environment for all of our valued employees.

What you'll be doing

Industrial Relations: Ensure compliance with labor laws, advise management on IR strategies, handle disputes, complaints, and disciplinary matters, maintain relationships with labor organizations, govern due inquiry processes, and educate employees and managers on policies and regulations.

Employee Relations: Plan and implement employee engagement programs, organize events and activities to promote team collaboration and well-being, conduct surveys and analyze feedback, and support initiatives like the Sports & Recreational Club (SSRC).

Policy Development & Implementation: Develop, update, and enforce HR and IR policies, ensuring compliance with laws and internal standards, and communicate them across the organization.

Reporting & Analysis: Prepare reports on IR and employee relations activities, analyze trends, grievances, turnover, and other HR metrics to support decision-making.

What we're looking for
  • Recognized Degree qualification in HR, Industrial Relations, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Industrial Relations (IR), preferably within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
  • Proven expertise in Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) standards with strong application in HR, labor compliance, and employee relations.
  • Extensive knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, HR policies and best practices in industrial relations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
