What you'll be doing?

Lead Recruitment: Coordinate the end‑to‑end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth integration of new hires.

Manage Compliance: Handle foreign worker applications and liaise with government agencies to ensure legal compliance.

Administer HR Policies: Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures across the organization.

Facility Management: Coordinate the setup of office spaces and HR infrastructure for the new plant.

Report and Recommend: Prepare periodic management reports and suggest continuous improvement strategies.

Who are they looking for?

HR Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in HR role with proven track record in human resources management.

Educational Background: At least bachelor's degree in business studies or any related field.

Language Skills: Fluent in Mandarin, English and Malay for effective communication with diverse stakeholders.

Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft applications and computer literacy.

Organizational Skills: Well‑organized, detail‑oriented, and strong analytical skills.
