A manufacturing company in Johor Bahru is seeking a Senior HR Manager to drive people strategies aligned with business operations. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, ensuring effective talent acquisition and employee engagement. Responsibilities include leading HR initiatives and managing stakeholder relationships to support operational goals.
Senior HR Manager
The Senior HR Manager acts as the HR business partner, who has the responsibility in developing and driving people strategies for all our operations in manufacturing plant in Johor Bahru with an ambitious expansion plan. You will be part of the valuable member of Asia Pacific HR team.
You will partner closely with business to drive an inclusive and diverse culture and create relevant human resource policies and programs for employees in line with business needs. You will develop a strong relationship with partners in talent acquisition, talent development, people reward, employee and labor relations and drive effective HR service delivery.
You will engage with all areas of business to ensure strategic initiatives integrate human capital considerations. You will be bringing your strong HR operational skills and knowledge of best practices. You will need to have considerable personal confidence, be decisive and agile, and intellectually sharp with sound judgment.
The position is based in our manufacturing plant in Johor Bahru. He/she reports disciplinary to the Vice President of Operation, and functionally to Senior Director, People & Places Asia Pacific.
