About the role

Tri I Concept Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Executive to join our dynamic team in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. This full-time role will play a crucial part in supporting our growing organisation and contributing to the overall success of our Human Resources department.

Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing effective human resources policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Overseeing the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new employees
  • Providing guidance and support to managers on a range of HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and training and development
  • Facilitated conflict resolution, fostering a positive work environment
  • Manage employee disciplinary matters professionally, fairly, and in accordance with company policies and applicable labour legislation
  • Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback, identifying areas for improvement in policies and practices
  • Prepare, review, and issue all Human Resources and Administration correspondence, including official letters, memorandums, and internal communications, as required
  • Administering employee benefits and compensation
  • Identifying and implementing strategies to enhance employee engagement and job satisfaction
  • Assisting with the design and delivery of HR-related training programmes
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation
Qualifications
  • A bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment
  • Excellent knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory requirements
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with employees at all levels
  • Proficient in the use of HR-related software and technologies
  • A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to work
  • A commitment to continuous learning and professional development
