Key Responsibilities

People Strategy and HR processes / procedures: Monitor and control the compliance of company HR policies, rules & regulations by the employee. Develop mechanisms, systems and procedures implementation.

Develop Human Capital: To develop and build team capability for supporting the continuous organizational growth. To identify potential talent for career development.

Manage Compensation & Benefit to staff: Facilitate employee Performance Management System in order to improve employees’ productivity and engagement at work. To make everyone working happily with good compensation & benefits. How to grow employees’ knowledge base and improve their job skills to become more effective in the workplace. To be a key member in LBL University program to produce, duplication for future talent.

Requirements

Education and Experience: At least 3 years’ of working experience in the areas of Human Resources, preferably from a logistics / transportation environment. A recognized Bachelor Degree in HR Management, Psychology, Business Administration or any other business‑related studies.

Communication Skills: Strong communication in Mandarin (preferably but not compulsory), English, and Bahasa Malaysia.

Professional Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Independent with good problem‑solving skills. Effective organizational, stress and time management skills. Demonstrates a sense of urgency & ability to meet deadlines.

Tech‑Savvy: MS Office, Emplx Payroll System.
