Established for over 3 years in Malaysia, our branch supports both local and international partners with full-scale operations, administrative, and business services. As our operations continue to grow, we are now seeking a capable and dedicated Senior HR Executive to oversee human resources and office administration matters in Malaysia. This role requires a professional who can manage daily HR functions independently while collaborating closely with the Malaysia General Manager and the Singapore HQ HR team. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone looking to advance their HR career in a multinational and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, IR/ER, and employee records.
  • Manage leave, benefits, and ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws and company policies.
  • Oversee Malaysia office administration, including vendor management, supplies, and facility coordination.
  • Plan and support employee engagement activities, team events, and celebrations.
  • Manage offboarding processes: asset return, exit interviews, and final payments.
  • Act as the main HR contact for Malaysia and liaise with Singapore HQ HR for escalated matters.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience level open — from mid to senior level, depending on years of working experience.
  • Knowledge of Malaysian labour law, payroll system and IR/ER is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin-speaking candidates preferred).
  • Detail-oriented, organized and able to review documents accurately.
  • Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with internal departments.
  • Good problem-solving mindset, willing to explore and learn and able to explore or assist in matters when requested by the General Manager.
  • Independent, organized, reliable, and approachable — able to manage HR & Admin matters with professionalism and ownership.
