Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for Management Association roles and Head‑office roles.
  • Enhance candidate experience throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive impression of the company.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of HR projects, including employer branding initiatives, career fairs and campus visitations.
  • Provide administrative support for HR operations, including documentation, reporting, and maintaining HR records.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for HR leadership and other stakeholders.
  • Assist the HR team with administrative tasks related to employee onboarding, benefits, and compliance.
  • Consulting with line management and provide daily HR guidance.
  • Resolving complex employee relations issues and address grievances.
  • Responsible to foster a healthy culture of continuous improvement by ensuring high retention rates of our workforce.
  • Any additional ad‑hoc duties assigned by the Supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with CGPA > 2.80
  • Preferably at least 3 years’ experience in the HR field especially regarding Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding and Employee Relations.
  • Proficiency in English and Malay is mandatory.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Pleasant personality, service minded, good communication and high interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
