A leading HR firm in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Human Resources & Administration Executive to manage the full employee lifecycle, oversee HR records, coordinate payroll, and improve HR policies. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR management and strong skills in Microsoft Office. This role offers a chance to contribute to a dynamic workplace while supporting employee engagement initiatives.
Manage full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, appraisal, resignation
Maintain up-to-date HR records, contracts, and staff files
Handle payroll coordination, attendance, OT, and leave tracking
Monitor and improve HR policies, SOPs, and compliance with labour laws
Support talent development, training coordination, and employee engagement programs
Manage disciplinary actions, counselling, and performance improvement processes
Support management in manpower planning, budgeting, and reporting
Administration
Oversee day-to-day office administration including supplies, facilities, and upkeep
Manage document control and filing system for HR and company records
Coordinate insurance, licenses, company assets, and renewals for certifications
Assist with audit preparations, HRDF, and compliance reporting
Support the CEO and HODs with administrative tasks as required
