Job Responsibilities
- Lead monthly payroll preparation (attendance, OT, allowances, deductions)
- Review and verify HR reports prepared by the HR Admin Team
- Prepare monthly HR summary for management and client reporting
- Create and maintain HR dashboards (attendance, KPI, salary summary)
- Implement automation for data tracking and report consolidation.
- Take initiative to prepare a monthly HR report for management and clients
- Manage full- cycle recruitment. (job posting, screening, interviewing, offer)
- Develop candidate evaluation templates and onboarding checklists.
- Handle LinkedIn recruitment campaigns and maintain talent pipelines
- Conduct regular surveys to improve recruitment effectiveness
- Collaborate with department heads to plan manpower and hiring needs
- Ensure compliance with Malaysia Labour Law and company SOP
- Maintain confidentiality and handle employee relations professionally
- Coordinate HR documentation and data submission for client-side teams.
- Support client operations in manpower-related requests.
- Communicate with clients on performance data.
- Propose new or improved staff benefits to enhance retention and morale
- Plan and propose team building, training, gatherings, birthday, and festival events.
- Conduct employee engagement surveys and compile improvement suggestions
- Coordinate training plans and performance review with department heads.
- Support automation for performance tracking and KPI reporting
- Contribute to continuous process improvement and HR documentation
- Stay updated with compliance requirements and HR policies
- Supervise office admin operations (supplies, petty cash, maintenance).
Job Requirements
