Responsibilities
- Responsible for full spectrum of Talent Acquisition function, including job posting and candidate sourcing.
- Prepare necessary documents for new hires; appointment letter, employee agreement, etc.
- Develop and implement onboarding program for new hires.
- Submit CP22 online for new joiners.
- WELFARE AND EMPLOYEE RELATION
- Manage employee relations and resolve employee issues.
- Handle disciplinary actions and grievance procedures.
- Ensure the performance reviews are carried out monthly.
- Handle seasonings gifts (such as New Year, Mid-Autumn Festival, Raya, Deepavali, Christmas) for all levels of employees.
- EMPLOYEE MASTER MAINTENANCE / EHRM / EHRM
- Ensure employee particulars such as position, qualification, job grade, etc. are maintained up to date in the eHRM system.
- Ensure all employee movements; promotion, resignation, new hire, transfer are updated in the e-HRM system.
- Check employee attendance and overtime in eHRM.
- TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT
- Plan and organize employees’ career development by coaching, training, and assessment works.
- Identify training needs and organize employee development programs.
- Maintain training records and ensure compliance with ISO requirements.
- Responsible for HRD Corp account on claim and grant application.
- ATTENDANCE & PAYROLL
- Control and monitor staff attendance, lateness and leaves.
- Prepare data and submit to the consultant for payroll cut-off.
- Check payroll calculation reports and prepare salary payout details for Finance Department for online transfer.
- Responsible for submitting statutory contributions in OA system.
- REPORTS
- Prepare HR-related reports and assist in HR Audit.
- Support in any impromptu requirements from management from time to time.
- Support in any other responsibilities assigned by manager/management from time to time.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in HRM / Administrative or equivalent.
- At least 5 years related working experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Able to work with minimum supervision and good interpersonal skills.
- Possess a good knowledge of Malaysia labour laws and HR best practices.
- Able to perform multi-tasking job and meet tight work deadlines.
- Can speak Mandarin (in order to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking management & clients), English and Malay.
- Proficiency in other languages will be an added advantage.
