A leading behavior therapy provider in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a passionate HR professional to manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement. Candidates should possess a degree in HRM or related fields, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Built and maintain hiring pipeline by outreach programs with schools and universities, posting job ads, sourcing for candidates
Facilitate and conduct pre screenings/interviews
Negotiation and preparation of employment offers
Collaborate with hiring managers on various levels to identify hiring requirements.
Recruitment updates and analysis
Advise hiring managers on best practices
Provide recruitment training to hiring managers
Onboard new hires
Planning the arrangement and training plan for the next intake with Trainer and Director
Ensure complete documentation of new hire’s information
Facilitate onboarding process effectively
Conduct check-ins on employee’s wellbeing
Compensation and benefit
Update, maintain, and seek to improve employee benefits
Conduct reviews, and oversee salary adjustment or increments
Review employee handbook and policies from time to time
Record maintenance
Ensure continuous update and maintenance of employee records(performance reviews, grievances, lunch duties .etc
Others:
Managing and delivering the day to day operations of assigned HR duties and tasks
Cooperate with therapist/team lead/case supervisors/admin on the planning of events
Supporting the implementation of local HR initiatives and systems
Assisting in performance management processes including staff performance counselling
Maintaining, updating, and filing of employee's records
Drafting email announcements, preparing letters with regards to HR issues such as verification letter, letter of undertaking, testimonial, performance notice, warning letters, etc
Administering eLeave management system, and other leave matters related to resignation, interns, professional study, etc
Handling employee queries. Primary contact for the employees and business line leaders that seeking support on HR processes, policies, etc
Assisting in special projects as and when needed
Available to start immediately
Ideally 1-2 years working experience in HR, or a fresh graduate looking to start their career in HR
Degree/Diploma in HRM/Psychology/Business Management or any related field
Excellent command of English and interpersonal skills
Good sense of problem-solving with the proactiveness to follow through with the solution
Resilient in nature and result-driven
Working knowledge with Microsoft Office
Organized and detailed oriented
