Role Overview

Administer monthly payroll, claims, allowances, and benefits accurately and timely. Ensure compliance with statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF, PCB). Conduct salary benchmarking and compensation reviews to stay competitive. Oversee medical, insurance, and leave management processes.

Employee Relations & Engagement

Act as the first point of contact for employee grievances, concerns, and inquiries. Manage disciplinary processes, investigations, and warning/termination procedures. Organize employee engagement initiatives, team‑building activities, and company events. Promote a positive work culture that supports employee well‑being and retention.

Performance & Development

Coordinate performance appraisal cycles, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback sessions. Support managers in implementing performance improvement plans. Identify training needs and implement employee learning & development programs. Track and monitor training effectiveness. Draft, review, and update HR policies and procedures in line with best practices and employment laws. Ensure compliance with regulatory acts. Prepare HR reports, metrics, and analytics for management decision‑making. Support internal and external HR audits.

General HR Administration

Maintain up-to-date employee records and HRIS database. Prepare HR‑related letters (confirmation, transfer, promotion, warning, termination, etc.). Assist in organizational planning, succession planning, and workforce development. Participate in HR projects, system implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Provide HR advisory support to management and employees.
