The ideal candidate will be experienced in HR administration and have strong knowledge of statutory compliance in Malaysia. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential. Qualifications

Position Overview

Senior HR & Admin Executive responsible for end‑to‑end HR functions, payroll, statutory compliance, culture development, performance management, recruitment and office administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Payroll & Statutory: Process full‑cycle payroll, prepare statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, Income Tax) and ensure timely deductions; monitor staff leave and benefits.
  • Culture Development: Cultivate an inclusive organizational culture and implement engagement and well‑being initiatives.
  • Performance Management: Execute appraisal systems and improvement plans; promote continuous feedback and coaching.
  • Recruitment & Staffing: Develop recruitment strategies, manage end‑to‑end hiring processes, and collaborate with department heads to fill vacancies.
  • HR Operations & Administration: Oversee full employee life‑cycle documentation, enforce data‑privacy compliance, conduct onboarding/offboarding, support general admin functions, and assist with presentations, reports, and events.
Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Experience in HR and Administration Executive or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processing and statutory contributions in Malaysia.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, performance management, and culture initiatives.
