About the role

As the Senior Human Resource and Administration at Intrinseque Health, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the growth and development of our dynamic organisation. This is a full‑time position based in Melaka, Melaka, where you'll work closely with our leadership team to ensure effective human‑resource management and seamless administrative operations.

What you'll be doing
  • Providing strategic HR guidance and support to managers and employees
  • Overseeing the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and terminations
  • Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Administering employee benefits and leave management
  • Managing the HR information system and maintaining employee records
  • Coordinating training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and engagement
  • Ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations
  • Assisting with general administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the business
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within a fast‑paced consulting or professional services environment
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels
  • Proficient in HR systems and technologies, including HRIS and payroll software
  • Adaptable and resourceful, with a proactive problem‑solving approach
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • SHRM or CIPD certification is an advantage
