We are hiring Sr HRA executive / Asst HRA Manager
Working schedule 5.5 day alternate off
Job Responsibilities
- HR Function
- Hiring: recruitment process from posting to selection.
- Employees onboarding: onboarding process include preparation of offer letter.
- Discipline: handle grievances and IR.
- Rules & Laws: advise management on employment law compliance
- Records: Keep all employee information and important HR documents organized and confidential
- Coordinate with payroll dept for any employee change in payroll and employment status
- Admin Function
- Uniforms: Handle ordering, giving out, and keeping track of company uniforms.
- Buying: Buy all the things the office needs, from pens to pantry snacks, and manage supplies.
- Cleaner & Securities services management
- Announcements: Write and send out official company messages and memos.
Job Requirements
- Diploma / Degree holder in relevant qualification
- At least 5 years HR full function experience.
- People-oriented and results-driven mentality
- Good in employment onboarding process and documentation
- Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Willing to be based at Tebrau
- Willing to work in retail industry
