Job Responsibilities
  • HR Function
  • Hiring: recruitment process from posting to selection.
  • Employees onboarding: onboarding process include preparation of offer letter.
  • Discipline: handle grievances and IR.
  • Rules & Laws: advise management on employment law compliance
  • Records: Keep all employee information and important HR documents organized and confidential
  • Coordinate with payroll dept for any employee change in payroll and employment status
  • Admin Function
  • Uniforms: Handle ordering, giving out, and keeping track of company uniforms.
  • Buying: Buy all the things the office needs, from pens to pantry snacks, and manage supplies.
  • Cleaner & Securities services management
  • Announcements: Write and send out official company messages and memos.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma / Degree holder in relevant qualification
  • At least 5 years HR full function experience.
  • People-oriented and results-driven mentality
  • Good in employment onboarding process and documentation
  • Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Willing to be based at Tebrau
