Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years HR experience.

• Strong documentation and audit preparation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Annual Training Plan.
• Manage onboarding and orientation programs.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are updated.
• Conduct employee awareness programs on code of conduct.
• Coordinate training-related audits.
