  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Conduct candidate assessments, interviews, and background verifications when required.
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth client communication and reporting.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and client requirements.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house).
  • Proven experience managing or mentoring junior recruiters is a strong advantage.
