Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of HR experience with exposure to the full HR spectrum.
• Experience with AutoCount HR & Payroll software is required.
• Strong understanding of the Malaysian Employment Act.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment process including job posting, candidate screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time using AutoCount HR & Payroll software.
• Lead the annual performance appraisal process to ensure timely evaluations.
• Promote a positive work environment focused on employee engagement.
• Handle employee relations issues professionally and confidentially.
