Overview

Manage and deliver HR shared services across the SEA region, supporting the full employee lifecycle and ensuring accurate, timely payroll processing.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate compensation and payroll activities, including wages, overtime, bonuses, deductions, taxes, and benefits, while maintaining accurate records and compliance with local labor laws.
  • Maintain data integrity in HRIS, prepare reports, support audits, resolve HR/payroll inquiries within SLA, and collaborate with HR partners on continuous process improvements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 4+ years of HR operations/shared services experience; payroll experience is an advantage.
  • Proficient in HRIS (e.g., Workday) and payroll systems.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, customer-focused, with strong communication skills.
  • Able to multitask, work independently, and prioritize effectively.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws; regional/shared services experience is a plus.
