A healthcare company based in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager. This role involves planning recruitment projects, establishing employee relations, and implementing HR policies. Candidates should have over 5 years of management experience and be fluent in Mandarin. The position offers a dynamic work environment focused on developing team collaboration and organizational harmony.
Recruitment project planning and execution, such as: establishment of multiple recruitment channels, development of cooperative resource objects, etc.
Actively to build the relationship with learning Institutions to develop the possible collaboration.
Planning and implementing pre-employment and on-the-job training for employees.
Establish and maintain a good employee relationship and care system, and promote coordination and communication between various departments and employees.
Implement the company's human resources administration-related management system and salary calculation.
Establishing, leading, implementing and auditing the factory systems.
Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Manufacturing work experience preferred.
