Job description

Recruitment project planning and execution, such as: establishment of multiple recruitment channels, development of cooperative resource objects, etc.

Actively to build the relationship with learning Institutions to develop the possible collaboration.

Planning and implementing pre-employment and on-the-job training for employees.

Establish and maintain a good employee relationship and care system, and promote coordination and communication between various departments and employees.

Implement the company's human resources administration-related management system and salary calculation.

Establishing, leading, implementing and auditing the factory systems.

Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Manufacturing work experience preferred.

Requirement
  • Bachelor degree or above, major in management.
  • More than 5 years of management experience, with practical experience in multiple modules such as recruitment, training and employee relationship management.
  • Familiar with national labor regulations and human resource management policies, skilled in using various office software, good data analysis and processing ability.
  • With psychological knowledge and excellent interpersonal communication skills, able to deal with employee relations and maintain internal harmony of the company.
  • Have comprehensive management ability, including human resource planning, performance evaluation, training, organizational development, compensation and benefits, and recruitment.
