Job summary

A prominent retail organization in Selangor is seeking a passionate HR Generalist to support various HR functions. The role involves end-to-end recruitment, managing HR documentation, and executing employee engagement programs. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field, as well as 3–5 years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant HR systems.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in a fast‑paced or retail/property industry.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR operations, and recruitment processes.
  • Passionate about people engagement and creating a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities.
  • Prepare, review, update, and maintain HR documents.
  • Manage staff insurance applications and claims.
  • Handle intern, part‑time, and contract staff payroll tabulations.
  • Coordinate exit interviews and clearance of company assets.
  • Administer attendance and leave records in the HR system.
  • Liaise with department managers on HR matters.
  • Plan employee engagement programs and HR communication initiatives.
