Position Overview
The ideal candidate will have a strong HR generalist background, prior experience working within manufacturing or semiconductor industries. This role plays a critical part in supporting HR operations, talent management, and employee engagement to ensure alignment with Goertek's business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and lead all local HR functions to support business expansion and start-up operations.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and corporate HR standards.
- Manage full-spectrum HR operations, including payroll, mobility, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, and employee relations.
- Lead recruitment for both professional and blue-collar positions including operators, technicians, engineers, and administrative staff.
- Facilitate effective communication between local teams and headquarters in China to ensure alignment on HR practices and corporate culture.
- Provide HR analytics and reporting to support data-driven decision-making.
- Lead or support HR projects such as organizational restructuring, compensation review, and process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5-8 years of progressive HR management experience, preferably in semiconductor, electronics, or advanced manufacturing sectors.
- Proven experience in both HR start-up setup and hands‑on operations.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and influence across all organizational levels.
- Hands‑on, proactive, and detail‑oriented, with a collaborative mindset.
