Position Overview

The ideal candidate will have a strong HR generalist background, prior experience working within manufacturing or semiconductor industries. This role plays a critical part in supporting HR operations, talent management, and employee engagement to ensure alignment with Goertek's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and lead all local HR functions to support business expansion and start-up operations.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and corporate HR standards.
  • Manage full-spectrum HR operations, including payroll, mobility, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, and employee relations.
  • Lead recruitment for both professional and blue-collar positions including operators, technicians, engineers, and administrative staff.
  • Facilitate effective communication between local teams and headquarters in China to ensure alignment on HR practices and corporate culture.
  • Provide HR analytics and reporting to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Lead or support HR projects such as organizational restructuring, compensation review, and process improvements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of progressive HR management experience, preferably in semiconductor, electronics, or advanced manufacturing sectors.
  • Proven experience in both HR start-up setup and hands‑on operations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and influence across all organizational levels.
