We’re looking for a high-performing Talent Engagement Executive who thrives in a fast-paced, KPI-driven HR environment. You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment delivery, from candidate sourcing to role closure, and must be proactive, structured, and results focused.

If you’re fluent in Mandarin/Cantonese, confident in recruitment delivery, and take ownership of every hiring assignment — we want you.

About The Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and submit minimum 3 relevant CVs per role within 7 working days
  • Handle full-cycle recruitment: screening, coordination, closing
  • Ensure CVs are submitted within 3–5 working days (SLA compliance)
  • Update recruitment tracker weekly via SharePoint
  • Engage with hiring managers and candidates professionally
  • Track and deliver hires within 21 calendar days (Time-to-Fill target)
You Must Be
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients. (Cantonese is a bonus)
  • Strong in Boolean sourcing and LinkedIn/JobStreet usage
  • Highly organized with strong Excel skills for tracker updates
  • Able to manage multiple roles and report weekly KPIs
  • Assertive, resilient, and outcome-driven
