We are looking for a seasoned HR Senior Executive to join our team in Johor Bahru. Supporting a headcount of approximately 300+ employees within a plant environment, you will play a pivotal role in the full spectrum of HR operations. Reporting directly to the HR Manager, you will be a key driver in maintaining industrial harmony and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Full Spectrum HR: Manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
  • Payroll Management: Oversee or execute end-to-end payroll processing (prior experience is a significant advantage).
  • Training & Development: Identify training needs, coordinate programs, and manage HRD Corp/grant claims.
  • Industrial & Employee Relations (IR/ER): Handle disciplinary matters, grievances, and ensure compliance with Malaysian Labor Laws and Industrial Relations Act.
  • Operational Support: Assist in policy implementation and ensure HR practices align with manufacturing industry standards.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven track record in manufacturing, engineering, construction background is highly preferred.
  • Scope: Strong knowledge of the Employment Act.
  • Attributes: Resilient, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced onsite environment.
