The company is expanding and we are now hiring a Senior HR Executive/ Executive.
Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal policies.
Handle the full spectrum of payroll processing activities, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and compliance with local statutory bodies (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles.
Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure timely and quality hires.
Organize staff briefings and confirmation appraisals.
HR Policies, Employee Relations & Compliance
Oversee and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices in compliance with labor laws.
Handle employee relations issues, including grievance resolution and disciplinary actions (show cause/warning letters, termination, DI).
Employee Engagement & Development
Support employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Provide support in performance management and employee development initiatives.
Plan and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Coordinate yearly performance appraisals, bonuses, salary increments, and promotions.
Administration & Reporting
Monitor and manage HR documentation including contracts, appraisals, leave records, and medical claims.
Manage insurance notifications for joiners and leavers, renewals, hospitalization, and life insurance claims.
Generate and analyze HR reports to support strategic decision-making.
Address audit queries related to salary administration.
Perform ad-hoc HR tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
Minimum 3 - 5 years of HR working experience in full-spectrum HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and advisory skills.
