About the role

Synergy Dining Group Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior HR Executive to join their team in Bandar Sunway, Selangor. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing HR support and leading key HR initiatives across the organization.

What you'll be doing
  • Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices to support the overall business strategy
  • Responsible for handling outlet payroll from end to end
  • Overseeing the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new employees
  • Managing employee relations, including addressing workplace conflicts and grievances
  • Coordinating employee training and development programmes to enhance skills and competencies
  • Providing guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive organisational change and improve employee engagement
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 3 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in the consulting or generalist HR field
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organisation
  • Proficient in HR data analysis and reporting, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
