Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Generalist roles.
• Strong understanding of Labour Law and HR policies and HR best practices.
• Strong hands‑on experience in recruitment, termination, payroll, employee relations and disciplinary processes.
• Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office.
• Willing to travel for outstation assignments as required.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• High integrity, discreet, and able to work independently.
• Organised, and able to handle multiple responsibilities.

Tasks & Responsibilities

Manage the full spectrum of HR operations, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee relations, training and offboarding.

Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance with all relevant Labour Law, statutory requirements, and internal policies.

Provide advice and support to management on HR‑related matters, including manpower planning, employee engagement, and disciplinary issues.

Lead the end‑to‑end recruitment process to attract and retain qualified talents.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR efficiency and employee experience.

Collaborate with management to build a positive work culture and effective communication channels across all departments.
