A leading apparel manufacturer in Malaysia is seeking an HR Generalist to manage a full spectrum of HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and payroll. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in HR Management or Business Administration, with a minimum of 5 years of experience and strong knowledge of Labour Law. This role offers opportunities for travel and requires excellent communication skills.
Manage the full spectrum of HR operations, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee relations, training and offboarding.
Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance with all relevant Labour Law, statutory requirements, and internal policies.
Provide advice and support to management on HR‑related matters, including manpower planning, employee engagement, and disciplinary issues.
Lead the end‑to‑end recruitment process to attract and retain qualified talents.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR efficiency and employee experience.
Collaborate with management to build a positive work culture and effective communication channels across all departments.
