Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant HR field.
• At least 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Full-Cycle Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand HR needs and provide professional advisory solutions.
• Manage and deliver payroll services for external clients.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws and statutory contributions.
• Provide HR advisory support on employee relations and conflict resolution.
• Prepare HR reports and documentation as required.
