A leading HR services firm in Shah Alam is looking for an HR Professional with at least 3 years of relevant experience. The role involves providing HR advisory support, managing payroll services, and ensuring compliance with Malaysian labor laws. Salary : RM 4,800 – RM 5,500 (with Commission)

Engage with clients to understand HR needs and provide professional advisory solutions, including support for business development.
Manage and deliver payroll services for external clients, including multi‑client payroll administration.
Ensure full compliance with Malaysian labour laws, statutory contributions, and employee benefits.
Provide HR advisory support on employee relations, disciplinary matters, and workplace conflict resolution.
Coordinate HR and administrative matters to ensure smooth client service delivery.
Prepare HR reports, correspondence, and documentation as required.
Review and process employee claims accurately and within timelines.
Act as the main point of contact for clients on HR operations, compliance, and advisory matters.
Review and update clients’ HR policies, handbooks, and employment contracts.
Liaise with relevant authorities (LHDN, EPF, SOCSO, EIS) and support audits when required.
Monitor employment law updates and advise clients accordingly.
Support junior team members and maintain strong client relationships.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant HR field.
At least 1‑2 years of hands‑on experience in Full‑Cycle Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software.
Knowledge of Industrial Relations, Malaysian Labour Law, and government regulations is an added advantage.
Experience with INFOTECH HRM System is a plus.
Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 standards is an added advantage.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
Detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
Open to working as an HR Services Provider across various industries.
Language proficiency required: Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
