An aviation services provider located in Malaysia is seeking an experienced HR Leader to optimize talent management and workforce planning. This role involves leading full-cycle recruitment, driving employee engagement, and managing HR transformation initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate will showcase strong interpersonal and analytical skills, contributing to a high-performance culture aligned with corporate values.
To lead and drive the full spectrum of Recruitment, Talent Management, and Learning & Development strategies and initiatives across the employee life cycle. This role partners with business leaders to optimize workforce planning, enhance organizational effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement in HR practices while promoting a high-performance and engagement culture aligned with Airbus values.

Sepang Aircraft Engineering Sdn Bhd an Airbus SAS subsidiary company and part of the Airbus Group, is an EASA approved, independent Aircraft Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) service provider for commercial aircraft, engines and components since 2006 dedicated to provide Airbus aircraft support services in South East Asia region.
Based in Kuala Lumpur International Airport, our 17,000 square meter purpose built hangar is able to accommodate up to four Airbus A320 series aircraft, four ATR 42/72 series or two A330/340 series aircraft. Our in-house workshops provide complete MRO services in airframe, component, engine, cabin refurbishment to all Airbus aircraft. Our network support from Airbus SAS and EADS enables us to serve our Airbus customers better and efficiently.
